I’m based in Miami and help small and mid-sized businesses in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties put AI to practical use. I start with one specific task, test how well AI handles it on real examples of your data, and only then build it into your team’s daily work.
That can include summarizing long documents and email threads, sorting incoming customer requests and routing them to the right person, and pulling key details out of contracts, intake forms, and other paperwork. AI features go inside the applications and tools your team already uses, with human review where accuracy matters. When your data is sensitive, I help you decide what the AI can see and where it’s processed.
With 20+ years as a hands-on software engineer across legacy and modern systems, I most recently served as Technical Lead at S&P Global, a Fortune 500 company, where I led enterprise software and data management on AWS. You can read more about my background.
