I’m based in Miami and help small and mid-sized businesses in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties get experienced technical direction without hiring a full-time lead, whether their software is built in-house or by an outside vendor.
That can include turning business goals into a prioritized plan for what to build or fix next, reviewing designs and code before problems become expensive to undo, and giving you an honest read on progress and why deadlines slip. I explain risks and tradeoffs in plain language, so you can make confident decisions without needing a technical background.
With 20+ years as a hands-on software engineer across legacy and modern systems, I most recently served as Technical Lead at S&P Global, a Fortune 500 company, where I led enterprise software and data management on AWS. You can read more about my background.
